Shipping and Returns Policy
1. DELIVERY
1.1 Naughty Linen delivers worldwide.
1.2 Delivery times depend on the type of product and the delivery location:
- All Naughty Linen products, including the so-called sets, are custom-made and produced exclusively upon order.
- For these products, the delivery time is generally up to 5 weeks.
- For delivery addresses outside Switzerland, the delivery time can be extended to up to 8 weeks.
The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production capacity, transport routes, customs clearance, or external factors. Delivery periods begin upon receipt of payment.
1.3 Naughty Linen assumes no liability if items cannot be delivered or are delayed due to an incorrect delivery address, absence of the recipient, severe weather conditions, or other reasons beyond our control.
1.4 Naughty Linen exclusively offers products based on individual orders. Should a product exceptionally not be feasible, the customer will be informed accordingly. Naughty Linen reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in this case.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery is via Swiss B Post or an equivalent international shipping service provider. Free shipping for orders over CHF 250.– applies exclusively to delivery addresses within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping costs for international deliveries will be charged to the customer. The applicable shipping and handling costs will be displayed before completing the order and itemized separately on the invoice.
3. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Since every Naughty Linen product is custom-made, we carefully inspect and monitor each order.
3.1 Since all Naughty Linen products are individually custom-made, a right of return or withdrawal is generally excluded.
3.2 This applies in particular to all sets and to all personalized or custom-made products.
3.3 Complaints regarding quality or completeness must be reported to Naughty Linen immediately, but no later than within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, by mail, phone, or email to hello@naughtylinen.ch. Otherwise, the delivery will be deemed accepted.

4. DEFECTIVE GOODS
Products that are demonstrably delivered in a defective or faulty condition can be replaced or refunded after inspection by Naughty Linen. A right to return exists exclusively in this case. The basis for replacement or refund is always at most the list price of the product valid at the time of the complaint.
