Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the relationship between Naughty Linen by Floriddia Creative Studio, Badenerstrasse 153, 8004 Zurich (hereinafter "Naughty Linen") and the customers of the online shop
www.naughtylinen.ch.
These GTC are an integral part of every contract concluded between Naughty Linen and a customer.
Ancillary agreements, assurances, or amendments to these GTC are only valid if made in writing.
2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Orders placed via Naughty Linen's online boutique are exclusively reserved for private customers who are at least 18 years old.
Orders may only be placed in household quantities.

3. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The customer can place an order with or without registering a customer account.
The personal data provided will be used exclusively for processing the order.
All information must be complete and correct.
A contract is concluded as soon as Naughty Linen sends an order confirmation to the customer by email.
The order is binding for the customer.
After placing the order, changes or cancellations are excluded.
4. PRODUCTION, DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
All Naughty Linen products, including all sets, are manufactured individually and exclusively to order.
No standard products are kept in stock.
Products are also considered custom-made if they are assembled from predefined options or via a configurator.
Production and delivery times depend on the type of product and the delivery location:
- For custom-made products, the delivery time is usually up to 5 weeks.
- For delivery addresses outside Switzerland, the delivery time can be extended to up to 8 weeks.
Naughty Linen delivers worldwide. Delivery is made by Swiss B Post or an equivalent international shipping service provider. Delays due to customs authorities, import duties, local regulations, or authorities in the destination country are beyond Naughty Linen's control and are borne by the customer.
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or non-collection, a new delivery will only be made at the customer's expense. Naughty Linen is not liable for delivery delays for which it is not responsible.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The prices stated at the time of the order in Swiss francs including statutory VAT apply. Payment is generally made by credit card or via offered payment service providers (e.g. Klarna). Naughty Linen reserves the right to postpone the start of production until full payment is received in individual cases. In the event of payment problems or delays, Naughty Linen is entitled to pause production.
6. NO RIGHT OF RETURN OR WITHDRAWAL
Since all Naughty Linen products are manufactured individually and to order, there is generally no right of return, exchange, or withdrawal. This explicitly applies to all sets as well as to configured, personalized, or custom-made products. Cancellation after conclusion of the contract is excluded.
7. NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS AND FAULTY GOODS
The customer undertakes to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Complaints regarding quality or completeness must be reported to Naughty Linen within 48 hours of receipt at the latest by email to hello@naughtylinen.ch . Otherwise, the delivery will be deemed accepted.
In the event of a proven defect, Naughty Linen will decide at its own discretion whether to replace the goods or refund the purchase price. Naughty Linen may request image or video material in advance and reserves the right to demand the return of the goods. A right of return exists exclusively in the event of an acknowledged defect. Liability is in any case limited to the value of the affected product.
8. NATURAL PRODUCT LINEN
Linen is a natural product. Natural deviations in color, structure, weave pattern, or feel do not constitute a defect. Naughty Linen is not liable for damages caused by improper care, incorrect washing, wear and tear, or improper use.
9. DATA PROTECTION
The current data protection policy of Naughty Linen applies. The customer agrees that communication will take place electronically.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These GTC are exclusively subject to Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
11. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
12. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can be redeemed but not paid out in cash or earn interest. Naughty Linen assumes no liability for loss or misuse.
