Shipping & Returns Policy

1. DELIVERY

1.1 Naughty Linen delivers anywhere worldwide.
1.2 Available products will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of the order if not stated differently. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Longer delivery periods for parcels are to be expected before public holidays (Easter, Christmas), for custom orders (7-8 weeks), and for delivery addresses outside of Switzerland. 
1.3 If items are undeliverable or delayed due to the customer giving an incorrect delivery address, the recipient being absent, inclement weather, and/or other reasons beyond our control, Naughty Linen is not liable.
1.4 Naughty Linen offers products based on their availability. If a product is no longer available, the customer will be informed. Naughty Linen reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement if products are no longer available through no fault of Naughty Linen. 


2. SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery is carried out by Swiss B Post, with free shipping from 250.– only if the delivery address is within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The costs of delivery for the items ordered are charged to the customer. The shipping and handling costs are shown before orders are completed and are indicated separately on the invoice. 


3. RETURNS

3.1 Any complaints in respect of quality and completeness must be lodged with Naughty Linen immediately, but within 48 hours at the latest by post, phone, or email hello@naughtylinen.ch. Otherwise, the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted.
3.2 Returnable items can be returned to Naughty Linen within 14 days of the invoice date. Warning: the goods must be in absolutely new, unworn, unwashed, and original condition including any and all labels and original packaging, and must be returned with the bill. The returns can be sent back by post. The customer shall bear the costs of returning merchandise.
3.3 The right of return is excluded for the following products:
- articles on sale or special buys
- custom-made orders
- any Billerbeck, Dauny or Swiss dreams products for hygienic reasons
- products marked "Non-Returnable"

4. FAULTY GOODS

Any products in the categories listed above that are delivered in a defective, incomplete, or poor condition may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. In this case, Naughty Linen will strive to send an equivalent replacement product. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded. The price basis for any returns and exchanges is always no more than the current list price of the item on the day of return or exchange.
